Հունվարի 18-ին ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ունեցած հեռախոսազրույցի մասին պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունը մի հետաքրքիր դրվագ է պարունակում. «Այսօր հեռախոսազրույց է տեղի ունեցել ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և ՌԴ Նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի միջև: Ռուսաստանի Նախագահը ևս մեկ անգամ ցավակցություն է հայտնել Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգության զոհերի հարազատներին և ամբողջ հայ ժողովրդին»,- ասվում է այդ հաղորդագրության մեջ: Գրում է «ՀԺ»-ն:
Եվս մեկ անգամ ցավակցություն է հայտնել Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգության զոհերի հարազատներին և ամբողջ հայ ժողովրդի՞ն:
Կարծում ենք, այս ձևակերպումը անակնկալ է հայաստանցիների համար, որովհետև դա նշանակում է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահը հունվարի 18-ից առաջ էլ է Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգության կապակցությամբ ցավակցություն հայտնել: Նման տեղեկատվություն, սակայն, հայ հանրությունը չունի: Մենք «քրքրեցինք» ողջ համացանցը և ոչ ռուսական, ոչ հայկական աղբյուրներում ոչինչ չգտանք այդ ցավակցության կապակցությամբ: Ի՞նչ է, ուրեմն, այդ ձևակերպումը նշանակում: Վարկածները մի քանիսը կարող են լինել, առաջին տարբերակը վրիպակն է նախագահականի լրատվական ծառայության կողմից: Բայց այս վարկածը կարելի է բացառել, որովհետև նույն ձևակերպումը տեղ է գտել նաև Ռուսաստանի նախագահի պաշտոնական կայքում:
Հաջորդ տարբերակն այն է, որ նման ձևակերպմամբ փորձ է արվել շտկել բացթողումը, որ մինչև հունվարի 18-ը ՌԴ նախագահը ցավակցություն չի հայտնել Գյումրիի դեպքերի կապակցությամբ: Նման բան տեսականորեն հնարավոր է, բայց այդ դեպքում հարց է ծագում, ինչո՞ւ երկու երկրների նախագահական մամլո ծառայությունները այդ լուրը չեն հաղորդել: Կա, իհարկե, տարբերակ, որ նման խոսակցություն ընդհանրապես չի եղել, և տվյալ ձևակերպման խնդիրն ընդամենը ետին թվով ցավակցություն հայտնելն է եղել:
Բայց կա նաև ուրիշ տարբերակ՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Վլադիմիր Պուտինի նախորդ հեռախոսային խոսակցության մասին չի հաղորդվել այն հույսով, թե Ավետիսյանների հուղարկավորության արարողությունը անաղմուկ կանցնի-կգնա, և այդ իրադարձության վրա «ավելորդ» ուշադրություն հրավիրելու անհրաժեշտություն չկա: Եթե այդպես է, նշանակում է այդ խոսակցությունը կարող էր տեղի ունեցած լինել սպանության հայտնի դառնալու օրը մինչև Պերմյակովին հայտնաբերելը: Եվ ա՛յս խոսակցության մեջ չի բացառվում քննարկվել, է նաև Պերմյակովի գործի ընդդատության հարցը: Չի բացառվում հենց այդ խոսակցության ժամանակ է որոշվել, որ նախաքննությունը վարելու է ռուսական կողմը և Սարգսյանն ու Պուտինը իրար մեջ որոշել են ամեն ինչ: Սրանից հետո Պերմյակովը անխոչընդոտ հայկական տարածքով տեղափոխվել է ռուսական ռազմաբազա, որից հետո արդեն տեղի են ունեցել հայտնի իրադարձությունները։
Սրանք, իհարկե, վարկածներ են, միայն վարկածներ: Բայց պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունում պաշտոնապես ասվել է, որ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հունվարի 18-ին ցավակցություն է հայտնել «ևս մեկ անգամ»։ Պատասխանի կարիք է զգում, ուրեմն, հետևյալ հարցը, որտե՞ղ, ի՞նչ հանգամանքներում, ի՞նչ տեքստով և ո՞ւմ միջոցով է ՌԴ նախագահը նախորդ անգամ ցավակցություն հայտնել:
