«Քաջարանի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ում իրականացվող նախնական հետազոտություններն ամփոփելուց հետո Առողջապահության նախարարությունը կհայտարարի հեպատիտ C-ով վարակվածության պատճառների մասին: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբˋ հունվարի 23-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ առողջապահության փոխնախարար Վահան Պողոսյանը: Նրա խոսքովˋ
ԱՆ առողջապահական պետական տեսչության կողմից հարուցված վարչական վարույթի շրջանակում կատարվում են բազմակողմանի ուսումնասիրություններ:
«Ուսումնասիրություններ են իրականացվում ութ հիվանդի վարակի առաջացման պատճառները պարզելու համար: Առանձին հետազոտություններ պետք է իրականացվեն 2014 թվականին բժշկական կենտրոնում վիրահատված բոլոր հիվանդների, արյան հետ շփում ունեցող ողջ բուժանձնակազմի շրջանում: Սյունիքի մարզպետարանի վարչությանը հանձնարարվել է մարզի մյուս բուժհիմնարկներում վերահսկել և վեր հանել վեց ամիսը մեկ արյան հետ շփվող բուժանձնակազմի հետազոտման խնդիրը»,- հայտնեց նախարարի տեղակալըˋ հավելելով, որ լաբորատոր անալիզների պատասխանները հայտնի կլինեն մոտ օրերս:
Պողոսյանը նաև հայտնեց, որ ԱՆ հանձնաժողովը երեկ իր հետ բերել է և' հիվանդների, և' բուժանձնակազմի արյան նմուշներˋ կենտրոնացված հետազոտություններ իրականացնելու համար: ԲԿ-ի վիրահատարանը առժամանակ փակվել է վարչական կոմիտեի կողմից: Հանձնաժողովի և վարչական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացվող գործառույթներն ավարտելուց հետո հրատապ միջոցառումներից է լինելու հիվանդանոցի սանիտարահիգիենիկ ռեժիմի վերականգնումը: «Պետք է համոզվել, որ որևէ խնդիր չկա և բացել վիրահատարանը, որպեսզի բուժկենտրոննն անցնի իր լիարժեք գործառույթներին»,- ասաց Պետրոսյանը:
Քաջարանի բժշկական կենտրոնում վիրահատված ութ հիվանդների մոտ լաբորատոր հետազոտություններով հաստատվել է հեպատիտ C-ով վարակվածություն։ Հետազոտությունների արդյունքների մասին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը տեղեկացրել է հիվանդանոցի հիմնադիր Սյունիքի մարզպետարան: Փաստի առթիվ քննչական կոմիտեն քրեական գործ է հարուցել, վիրահատարանները փակվել են։
«Քաջարանի բժշկական կենտրոնում» լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների արդյունքում վիրաբուժական բաժանմունքից բժշկական գործիքների մանրէազերծման որակի վերաբերյալ վերցված 60 նմուշից 13-ում (21.6%), ախտահանման որակի 60 նմուշից 5-ում (8.3%), մանկաբարձագինեկոլոգիական բաժանմունքից բժշկական գործիքների մանրէազերծման որակի վերաբերյալ վերցված 40 նմուշից 8-ում (20%) հայտնաբերվել էին շեղումներ:
ՀՀ առողջապահարության նախարարի պաշտոնն ստանձնելուց հետո Արմեն Մուրադյանն իր առաջնահերթ խնդիրներից մեկը համարել է բժշկական ծառայությունների որակի և անվտանգության ապահովումը: Առողջպահական համակարգում որակի և անվտանգության ապահովման ուղղությամբ այս ընթացքում համակողմանի աշխատանքներ են իրականացվելˋ կանոնակարգվել են գործող նորմատիվներ ու չափորոշիչներ, խստացվել են պետական պատվերի տեղադրման պայմանները, ընդունվել են նոր որոշումներ ու ծրագրեր:
Քաջարանի բժշկական կենտրոնը օպտիմալացման արդյունքում երկու մասնաշենքից տեղափոխվել է նոր վերանորոգված, ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներով հագեցված պոլիկնիկայի շենքը, որի բացումը տեղի է ունեցել 2013 թվականի սեպտեմբերին: Փոխնախարարի խոսքովˋ բոլոր նորմատիվ ակտերը և չափորոշիչները ներդրված են եղել հիվանդանոցում:
