Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պետդումայի պատգամավորները «Շիրակ» գերեզմանատանը ծաղկեպսակ ու ծաղիներ դրեցին Ավետիսյանների ընտանքի շիրիմին, մեկ րոպե լռությամբ հարգեցին նրանց հիշատակը:
Պատգամավորների խմբում են «Եդինայա Ռոսիա»-ից խորհրդարանական անվտանգության և կոռուպցիայի հակազդման կոմիտեի անդամ Բորիս Ռեզնիկը, ԱՊՀ գործերի կոմիտեի փոխնախագահ Օլեգ Լեբեդևը, նույն կոմրտեի անդամ Իրինա Ռոդնինան և Պետդույաի նախագահի խորհրդական Միխայիլ Կրոտովը: Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ԱՊՀ գործերի կոմիտեի անդամ Իրինա Ռոդնինան նշեց, որ Գյումրիում հունվարի 12-ին կատարված դաժանությունը դժվար է վերապրել: «Այստեղ ենք մեր և մեր գործընկերների անունից փոխանցելու ցավակցությունը: Ահավոր ողբերգություն է: Դժվար է ինչպես Հայաստանի այնպես էլ ՌԴ համար: Մեր այս այցի արդյուքները կներկայացնենք ՌԴ պետդումայում: Այդ իսկ պատճառով հավաքում ենք հնարավորինս շատ ինֆորմացիա, բայց պետք է նշեմ, որ մենք այս պահին իրավունք չունենք նախաքննական գործընթացին խառնվելու, պետք է հաստատեմ, որ ե՛ւ ՌԴ ե՛ւ ՀՀ ղեկավարները կանեն ամեն ինչ, որ գործընթացը լինի բաց: Սա բոլորի պահանջն է և, եթե ինչ-որ բան թաքցվի, դա ավելի շատ անվստահության պատճառ կդառնա: Մեր խնդիրն է երկու երկների վստահությունը պահպանել և չմոռանալ այն դարավոր կապը, որ ստեղծվել է այս ազգերի միջև»,-նշեց Իրինա Ռոդնինան՝ կոչ անելով նաև ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչներին ավելի զգոն լինել և «ուրիշի ողբի վրա տոն չսարքել»:
«Երբ այս լուրն իմացա, Խաբարովսկում էի: Այնքան խորն էր վիշտը: Այնտեղ մեծ հայկական համայնք կա, բոլորը մոտենում ու ցավակցում էին: Ցավոք, տառապած հողը, որ 25 տարի առաջ երկրաշարժ տեսավ ու դեռ չի հասցրել վերականգնվել, կրկին, այսպիսի ցավ ապրեց: Մենք, անշուտ, չէինք կարող չգալ, չհարգել զոհվածների հիշատակը և չկիսել ձեր ցավը»,- նշեց Բորիս Ռեզնիկը՝ անդրադառանալով Պերմյակովին հայկական իրավապահներին հանձնելու խնդրին պատգամավորը նշեց, որ դա երկու երկրների իրավապահ մարմինների խնդիրն է:»Այսօր ասել, որ պետք է այսպիսի կա՛մ այնպիսի որոշում ընդունել՝ հնարավոր չէ, դա միայն մասնագետների և օրենքի խնդիրն է, բայց ոճրագործը պետք է պատժվի օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ»,-նշեց Բորիս Ռեզնիկը:
