Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի ձմեռային նստաշրջանի ընթացքում հայկական պատվիրակությունն առաջին իսկ հնարավորության դեպքում կբարձրացնի Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի պարբերաբար խախտումների և վերջին օրերին իրականացվող դիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձերի հարցը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԵԽԽՎ հայաստանյան պատվիրակության անդամ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը: «Վեհաժողովի ձմեռային նստաշրջանի օրակարգում նման հարց ընդգրկված չէ, սակայն մենք պետք է տեսնենք, թե օրակարգային հարցերից որ մեկի շրջանակներում կարող ենք այդ մասին խոսել: Բնականաբար, առաջին իսկ հնարավորության դեպքում մենք կբարձրաձայնենք Ադրբեջանի սադրիչ գործողությունների մասին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց պատգամավորը:
Անդրադառնալով ԵԽԽՎ ադրբեջանական պատվիրակության ղեկավարի այն հայտարարությանը, թե վեհաժողովի առաջիկա նստաշրջանի ընթացքում իրենք պատրաստվում են բարձրացնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունում դատապարտված ադրբեջանցի դիվերսանտների դատավճռի անօրինականության հարցը՝ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանն ընդգծեց, որ ադրբեջանցիների կողմից նման անհեթեթ նախաձեռնությունը հայկական պատվիրակության կողմից համարժեք պատասխան կստանա: «Ես ծանոթ եմ այդ հայտարարությանը: Եթե ադրբեջանցիներն իսկապես հանդես գան նման անհեթեթ նախաձեռնությամբ, ինչը, կարծում եմ, կսահմանափակվի միայն ելույթներով, հայկական կողմը նրանց համարժեք պատասխան կտա, սակայն այս պահին ես չեմ ցանկանում բացահայտել այդ պատասխանի մանրամասները»,- մանրամասնեց Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը:
ԵԽԽՎ ձմեռային նստաշրջանի օրակարգում Հայաստանի հետ կապված հարց ընդգրկված չէ, սակայն կան հետաքրքիր հարցեր, որոնց վերաբերյալ հայկական պատվիրակությունը ելույթներ կունենա: «Օրակարգում ընդգրկված են մի շարք հետաքրքիր հարցեր, այդ թվում՝ հրատապ ռեժիմով քննարկվող հարցը, որը վերաբերում է բոլորին հայտնի Ֆրանսիայում իրականացված ահաբեկչությանը: Ընդգրկված են նաև զեկույցներ մեդիայի ազատության և Եվրոպայում քրիստոնյաների նկատմամբ խտրականության դրսևորումների վերաբերյալ: Որոշ հարցերի շուրջ Հայաստանի պատվիրակությունը ելույթներ կունենա»,- եզրափակեց պատգամավորը:
