ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը հետամուտ է լինելու, որ «Քաջարանի բժշկական կենտրոնում» հեպատիտ C-ով վարակված հիավնդները համապատասխան և անվճար բուժում ստանան:«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբˋ հունվարի 23-ին այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ առողջապահությա ն փոխնախարար Վահան Պողոսյանը:
Նրա խոսքովˋպետական աջակցությունից բացի, Քաջարանի կոմբինատը, որի աշխատակիցներից են ներկայումս հայտնի ութ վարակակիրների մի մասը, պայմանագիր ունի «Քաջարանի բժշկական կենտրոնի» հետ, որի շրջանակներում կոմբինատը նրանց ապահովագրել է:
ՀՀ գլխավոր վարակաբան Արա Ասոյանն իր հերթին հայտնեց, որ առողջապահության նախարարի անձնական ջանքերով հնարավոր է եղել գտնել ֆինանսական միջոցներ քրոնիկ հեպատիտ C-ով հիվանդ քաղաքացիների բուժման ծախսերը հոգալու համար: Իսկ սուր հեպատիտ C-ով վարակված հիվանդները կարող են բուժվել Կապանի և այլ բժշկական կենտրոնների հիվանդանոցներումˋ պետական պատվերի շրջանակներում:
Առողջապահության նախարարությունը արյան նմուշներ է վերցվել թե 2014 թվականին «Քաջարանի բժշկական կենտրոնում» վիրահատված 191 քաղաքացիներից, թե բուժանձնակազմի այն աշխատակիցներից, ովքեր գործ ունեն արյան կամ վիրաբուժական գործիքների հետ և կարող են հնարավոր վարակակիր լինել:
«Վիրուսի առկայությունը դեռ չի նշանակում, որ մարդը հիվանդ է: Մասնագիտական փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ հեպատիտ C-ով վարակված այն պացինենտները, ում մոտ հիվանդությունը սրված վիճակով է ընթանում, նրանց մոտ վիրուսն ինքնաբերաբար է վերանում, նրանց հիվանդությունն այլևս չի ան ցնում հաջորդ փուլ, որը կոչվում է քրոնիկական վիրուսային հեպատիտ»,- պարզաբանեց գլխավոր վարակաբանը:
«Քաջարանի բժշկական կենտրոնում» վիրահատված ութ հիվանդների մոտ լաբորատոր հետազոտություններով հաստատվել է հեպատիտ C-ով վարակվածություն։ Հետազոտությունների արդյունքների մասին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը տեղեկացրել է հիվանդանոցի հիմնադրին' Սյունիքի մարզպետարանին: Փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն քրեական գործ է հարուցել, վիրահատարանները փակվել են։
«Քաջարանի բժշկական կենտրոնում» լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների արդյունքում վիրաբուժական բաժանմունքից բժշկական գործիքների մանրէազերծման որակի վերաբերյալ վերցված 60 նմուշից 13-ում (21.6%), ախտահանման որակի 60 նմուշից 5-ում (8.3%), մանկաբարձագինեկոլոգիական բաժանմունքից բժշկական գործիքների մանրէազերծման որակի վերաբերյալ վերցված 40 նմուշից 8-ում (20%) հայտնաբերվել էին շեղումներ:
ՀՀ առողջապահարության նախարարի պաշտոնն ստանձնելուց հետո Արմեն Մուրադյանն իր առաջնահերթ խնդիրներից մեկը համարել է բժշկական ծառայությունների որակի և անվտանգության ապահովումը: Առողջպահական համակարգում որակի և անվտանգության ապահովման ուղղությամբ այս ընթացքում համակողմանի աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել. կանոնակարգվել են գործող նորմատիվներ ու չափորոշիչներ, խստացվել են պետական պատվերի տեղադրման պայմանները, ընդունվել են նոր որոշումներ ու ծրագրեր:
