Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով ձերբակալված ոստիկան Մուհեթին Զենիթը հարցաքննության ժամանակ մեղադրել է իր վերադաս պաշտոնյաներին այն բանում, որ վերջիններս իրեն դրդել են հեռախոսազրույց ունենալ սպանության կազմակերպիչների հետ:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը' վկայակոչելով թուրքական DemokratHaber կայքը, ցուցմունքում Զենիթն ասել է, որ իր հրամատարներն այդ գործում իրեն որպես «խայծ» են օգտագործել: Նա ասել է, որ հանցագործներից մեկի' Տրապիզոնի ոսոտիկանության հետախուզուկան վարչության գործակալ Էրհան Թունջելի հետ սպանության օրն զրուցել իրեն դրդել է վերջերս ձերբակալված Ջիզրեի ոստիկանապետ Էրջան Դեմիրը, ով հանցագործության ժամանակաշրջանում զբաղեցրել է Տրապիզոնի ոստիկանութւյան հետախուզական բաժնի պետի պաշտոնը:
«Նրանք ինձ որպես խայծ օգտագործեցին: Նախ հեռախոսազրույց կազմակերպեցին, հետո այդ զրույցի ձայնագրությունը հանձնեցին մամուլին, եւ ինձ որպես մեղավոր ներկայացրին: Իսկ իրական մեղավորներն այդ ճանապարհով քողարկվեցին»,- ասել է Զենիթը:
Թուրք ոստիկանը նշել է, որ Դինքի սպանությունից անմիջապես հետո իր հրամանատարներ' Տրապիզոնի ոստիկանության եւ հետախուզության նախկին պաշտոնյաներ Էրջան Դեմիրը, Էնգին Դինչը եւ Ֆարուք Սարըն իրեն ստիպել են զանգահարել Թունջելին եւ հայտնել նրան, որ տեղյակ է եղել սպանության ծրագրի մասին:
Ստամբուլի «Ակոս» թերթի հայազգի խմբագրապետ Հրանտ Դինքը սպանվել է 2007 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին' խմբագրության առջեւ նրա վրա կատարված զինված հարձակման արդյունքում:
2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ' Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը ցմահ բանտարկության դատապարտվեց, անմիջական հանցագործ Օգյուն Սամասթը' 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:
2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով դատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից: Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստանյալներին կառաջադրվի «հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծման եւ կառավարման կամ դրանում մասնակցություն ունենալու» մեղադրանք: Բացի այդ, Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած 9 անձանց, այդ թվում' Ստամբուլի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահի նկատմամբ դատական գործեր հարուցելու կապակցությամբ որոշումներ են ընդունվել:
