Այսօր Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում, դատավոր Գագիկ Պողոսյանի նախագահությամբ, տեղի ունեցավ «Վերնիսաժի գործով» հերթական դատական նիստը, որի ընթացքում դատարանը լսեց գործով վկաներին:Վկա Սեդրակ Գյուլունյանը, ով զբաղվում է գործիքների վաճառքով, գտնվել է դեպքի վայրից մոտ 40 մետր հեռավորության վրա. «Ամբաստանյալներից ոչ մեկին մինչեւ դեպքի տեղի ունենալը ոչ տեսել եմ, ոչ էլ ճանաչել եմ: Այդ օրը դեպքի վայրից մոտ քառասուն մետր հեռավորության վրա եմ գտնվել: Կրակոցները լսելուց հետո մենք պախկվում էինք: Նշված վայրում վիճաբանողների, իրար քաշքշողների չեմ տեսել, լսել եմ միայն գոռգոռոցներ, աղմուկը տեւեց մոտ 15 րոպե, որից հետո եկան ոստիկանները եւ մարդիկ ցրվեցին: Վիրավորի եմ տեսել աստիճանների վրա, այլ բան չեմ կարող ասել, որովհետեւ այլ բան չեմ տեսել»:
Կոնկրետ քանի կրակոց է հնչել, վկան հստակ չմտաբերեց, ըստ նրա խոսքի՝ հնչել է 4-ից 6 կրակոց:
«Ալֆա Դելտա» անվտանգության ընկերության աշխատակից Վարդան Զոհրաբյանն էլ, ով դեպքի օրն իրականացնում էր Վարդանանց փողոց 12/2 շենքի անվտանգության պահպանությունը, պատմեց. «Այդ օրը ես՝ որպես անվտանգության աշխատող, եղել եմ աշխատանքի վայրում՝ Վարդանանց փողոց 12/2 հասցեում: Եկավ X6 մեքենա, որի վարորդին մեր աշխատողներից Գրիշան խնդրեց օգտվել ստորգետնյա ավտոկայանատեղիից, սակայն վարորդն ասաց, որ շուտ դուրս է գալու: Շենքի բնակիչներից մեկն այդ ընթացքում ցանկանում էր դուրս գալ մեքենայով, փաստորեն դուրս էր գալիս, որ X6-ը ճանապարհը փակել էր, իսկ վարորդը չկար: Մեր աշխատակիցներից Էդոն, Գրիշը գնացին եւ գտան մեքենայի վարորդին. մեքենայի վարորը իր ընկերոջ հետ մոտեցավ մեքենային, ու այդ ժամանակ սկսվեց վիճաբանությունը:
Դեպքի ժամանակ մենք հեռու էինք գտնվում, հետո լսեցինք ձայներ, մոտեցանք, տեսանք, որ իրար են քաշքշում, հարվածում էին միմյանց: Այդ ժամանակ ես եւ իմ գործընկերը փորձում էինք բաժանել նրանց, բայց չէինք կարողանում: Մենք չկարողացանք հանդարտեցնել վիճաբանողներին, կռվի ընթացքում կրակոցներ հնչեցին: Գոռը ասում էր՝ կնոջս ու էրեխուս բարձրացնեմ վերեւ ու գամ, բայց նրա հետ վիճաբանողները նրան մեքենայից իջեցնում էին»:Վկան պատմեց նաեւ, որ վիճաբանության ընթացքում Գոռ Առաքելյանի ձեռքին զենք է տեսել, որով էլ ամբաստանյալը կրակել է. «Չորս կրակոց դրսում հնչեց, երկուսը՝ ներսում: Երբ Գոռը փախավ, մտավ շենք, նրա հետեւից գնաց վիճաբանողներից մեկը: Այդ ընթացքում վիճաբանղոներից մեկն էլ փախավ Վերնիսաժի ուղղությամբ: Գոռը, շենք մտնելով, գոռաց՝ չմտնես կկրակեմ: Գոռի հետ վիճաբանող անձը չլսեց նրան, նա մտավ շենք ու այդ ժամանակ լսվեցին կրակոցներ: Գոռի հետ վիճաբանող տղաները հաղթանդամ էին»,- պատմեց վկան:Վարդան Զոհրաբյանը նաեւ հավելեց, որ շենքի ներսում արդեն կրակոցներ լսելով եւ ներս գնալով՝ մեկ վիրավոր է տեսել, ըստ նրա խոսքի՝ նա ցուցաբերել է առաջին բուժօգնություն. «Տեսնելով այդ մարդուն՝ փորձեցի օգնել նրան, հագիս մայկան ճղեցի ու կապեցի վիրավորի ոտքը»:Սոսե Չանդոյան
