Այսօր Մարդու իրավունքների Եվրոպական դատարանում տեղի ունեցավ «Փերինչեքն ընդդեմ Շվեյցարիայի գործի լսումները։ Մեծ Պալատում լսումների ավարտից հետո -ի «Փաստինֆո»-ի թղթակիցի հարցերին է պատասխանել Հայաստանի կառավարությունը ներկայացնող Լոնդոնի Doughty Street փաստաբանական պալատի անդամ, միջազգային հայտնի փաստաբան Ամալ Քլունին։-Տիկին Քլունի, դատարանում ձեր ելույթի ժամանակ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի ստորին պալատին մեղադրեցիք դատական սխալներ թույլ տալու մեջ՝ նշելով, որ ցեղասպանության վերաբերյալ գնահատականն այս գործում անհրաժեշտ չէր, կարո՞ղ եք մանրամասնել։
-Առաջին հերթին մենք դատարանում ցանկանում էինք ներկայացնել, որ դատարանի ստորին պալատը աղետալի սխալներ է թույլ տվել այս գործում։ Ինչպես գիտեք, Հայաստանը չի մասնակցել գործին առաջին փուլում և երևի թե դա էր պատճառը, որ դատարանը սխալվել է, երբ քննարկել և մեկնաբանություններ է կատարել ցեղասպանության վերաբերյալ։ Ստորին պալատը եզրահանգել էր, որ ցեղասպանությունն անհայտ և անապացուցելի է՝ առանց օգտագործելու իր տրամադրության տակ առկա փաստահավաք գործիքներից որևէ մեկը:
Ինչպես գիտենք 1915թ․-ին սպանվեցին 1,5մլն հայեր, և ցեղասպանությունների միջև՝ հոլոքոտ և գենոցիդ, տարբերություն դնելը, մեկը համարել հաստատված, մյուսի եղելությունը վիճարկելը, ճիշտ չէ։
Մենք առաջին հերթին դատարանից խնդում էինք ճշգրտել ստորին պալատի կատարած սխալները և հույս ունենք, որ այդպես էլ կլինի։
-Տիկին Քլունի, ինչպիսին են Ձեր տպավորությունները Փերինչեքի կողմի ներկայացրած փաստարկներից։
-Չեմ կարծում, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը մտահոգված է, թե ինչ կասի պարոն Փերինչեքը տեղի ունեցած իրադարձություների վերաբերյալ։ Մենք գիտենք, որ Փերինչեքը Թուրքիայի դատարանի կողմից դատապարտված է և ռասիստ, ինչպես որ գտել էր Շվեյցարիայի դատարանը։ Հայաստանը գործում 3-րդ կողմ էր, և գործն իրականում Փերինչեքի և Շվեյցարիայի միջև էր։ Հայաստանի և մեզ համար կարևոր էր ցույց տալ, որ Հայաստանը չի վիճարկում խոսքի ազատությունը։
Թուրքիայում կան տասնյակ հազարավոր հայեր, ովքեր ևս պետք է հնարավորություն ունենան բանավիճել այս հարցերի շուրջ։ Մենք գիտենք նաև Հրանտ Դինքի գործից, որը ևս հասավ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան։Եթե դուք ցեղասպանության մասին Թուրքիայում ասեք ճշմարտությունը, ապա կդատապարտվեք թուրքությունը վիրավորելու համար։
-Տիկին Քլունի, մամուլում տեղեկություններ հայտնվեցին, որ հնարավոր է Ջորջ Քլունին ժամանի Հայաստան և մասնակցի հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակման 100-ամյակին, արդյո՞ք ճիշտ են այդ տեղեկությունները:
-Ներեցեք, ես չեմ պատասխանի իմ ամուսնուն վերաբերող հարցերին, այդ հարցով պետք է իրեն դիմեք։
-Այդ դեպքում, հնարավոր է՞ Ձեր ներկայությունը Հայաստանում ցեղասպանության 100-ամյակին։
-Շնորհակալ եմ հրավերի համար և գնահատում եմ այն։ Հույս ունեմ, որ հնարավոր կլինի։
