ԵԱՀԿ-ի նախագահ և Սերբիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Իվիցա Դաշիչն իր մտահոգությունն է հայտնել հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին և շփման գծում տեղի ունեցած վերջին իրադարձությունների առնչությամբ: Այդ մասին հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով ԵԱՀԿ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը:
«Կոչ եմ անում կողմերին ապահովել հրադադարի ռեժիմի ամբողջական վերականգնում և ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցումը՝ համաձայն 1994 թ. մայիսին ստորագրված համաձայնագրի», - ասել է Իվիցա Դաշիչը: Նա հավելել է. «Ես ցավում եմ բռնությունների դեպքերի մեծ քանակության հետևանքով կյանքերի կորստի համար, և կոչ եմ անում կողմերին ցուցաբերել պատասխանատվություն ու խուսափել քայլերից, որոնք կարող են հանգեցնել իրավիճակի հետագա առավել սրմանը»:
Իր ուղերձում ԵԱՀԿ նախագահը նշել է, որ ուղիղ կապը ոչ միայն նախագահների միջև, ինչպես նաև այլ մակարդակների վրա, շարունակում է զբաղեցնել կենտրոնական տեղ հրադադարի լիարժեք վերականգման և ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման ամրապնդման գործում:
Սոչիում, Նյուպորտում և Փարիզում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների միջև 2014թ. տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումները դրական քայլեր էին դեպի ճիշտ ուղղություն: ԵԱՀԿ-ն շարունակում է աջակցել անմիջական կապի ստեղծմանը, սակայն երկու կողմերն իրենց հերթին պարտավոր են կիրառել հրադադարը' հրամանատարական վերին օղակնե րերից մինչև ստորին օղակները:
«Ես վերահաստատում եմ իմ աջակցությունն անձնական ներկայացուցիչ, դեսպան Անջեյ Կասպշիկին, ով պատասխանատու է ապահովել անմիջական շփումը և օգնել կողմերին մշակել ու իրականացնել անչափ անհրաժեշտ վստահության կառուցման միջոցներ: Ես նաեւ մեծապես աջակցում եմ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների համատեղ ջանքերին' ամրապնդելու հրադադարի ռեժիմը և զարգացնելու բանակցությունների համար միասնական հիմք: Ես կոչ եմ անում կողմերին, որպեսզի լիարժեք օգտվեն ԵԱՀԿ գործիքներից և ձեռնարկեն զգալի քայլեր խաղաղության ու կայուն կարգավորման համար», - ընդգծել է Իվիցա Դաշիչը:
