«168 ժամ» թերթը զրուցել էՌՊՀՀ տարածաշրջանի եւ արտաքին քաղաքականության ամբիոնի դոցենտ, Միջազգային հարաբերությունների ռուսական խորհրդի փորձագետ, պատմական գիտությունների թեկնածու, սյունակագիր Սերգեյ Մարկեդոնովի հետ։ Հատված հարցազրույցից.Պարոն Մարկեդոնով, իրավիճակը հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին եւ ղարաբաղաադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում լարված է: Հայաստանն արդեն ԵՏՄ անդամ երկիր է, մեզ վստահեցնում էին, որ ՀՀ-ի անդամակցությունը ԵՏՄ-ին հավելյալ անվտանգություն է ենթադրում, այնինչ հակառակն է տեղի ունենում: Ո՞րն է Ձեր բացատրությունը:
Ես չեմ կարծում, որ այդ ռազմական գործողությունները նոր երեւույթ են եւ աննախադեպ են ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտու համար: Ես ռազմական գործողությունների մասին լսում եմ շուրջ 20 տարի: Ես լսում էի նաեւ այն մասին, որ եթե Հայաստանը միանա որեւէ ինտեգրացիոն պրոյեկտի, դա կլինի փրկություն, սակայն չի լինի ոչ մի փրկություն: Ակնհայտ է, որ Ադրբեջանը բարձրացնում է տարածքային ամբողջականության հարցը ցանկացած խնդրի դեպքում: Ռեսուրս՝ պատերազմ սկսելու համար Ադրբեջանը դեռ չունի, իսկ սադրանքներ կլինեն: Ուստի պատերազմի հնարավորությունը դիտարկելն ու քննարկելն ավելի իրատեսական կլինի այն ժամանակ, երբ իրատեսական կլինի նաեւ պատերազմի հնարավորությունը: Լարվածություն եղել է միշտ ու կլինի, քան դեռ չկա հանգուցալուծում:
Վերջին շրջանում հատկապես ավելի ու ավելի հաճախ են քննարկում հետեւյալ հարցը` ի՞նչ կանի Ռուսաստանը, եթե լինեն լայնամասշտաբ ռազմական գործողություններ:
Կփորձի դա կանգնեցնել՝ որքան որ դա հնարավոր կլինի: Իհա՛րկե, Ռուսաստանում քննարկվող հարց է` ռազմական գործողություններ կլինեն հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի՞ն, թե՞ ղարաբաղաադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում: Սա եւս կարեւոր հանգամանք է եւ տարբերություն:
Կանգնեցնել դիվանագիտակա՞ն ճանապարհներով։
Մեզ ասում են, որ Ռուսաստանն աշխատում է դիվանագիտական միջոցներով, բայց Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ անդամ է, Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի անվտանգության երաշխավորն է, եթե լինեն ռազմական գործողություններ, որո՞նք են լինելու Ռուսաստանի գործողությունները:
Այդ մասին դժվար է հստակ որեւէ բան ասելը: Մենք դեռ չենք կարող ասել, թե ինչպիսի զարգացում կունենա ուկրաինական ճգնաժամը: Ռուսաստանի համար Ուկրաինան գլխավոր թատերաբեմն է, իսկ Ղարաբաղը` երկրորդ: Ղարաբաղի մասին լրջորեն որեւէ մեկը չի մտածում: Իհարկե, մտածում են, բայց դա երկրորդական եւ ոչ առաջնային խնդիր է: Ռուսաստանի ռազմական արձագանքը կբխի նրանից, թե ինչպես կզարգանան ուկրաինական դեպքերը»։
