Խորհրդարանն սկսել է «Շրջանառության հարկի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություննեև և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագծի քննարկումը, որը խորհրդարանի արտահերթ քննարկմանն է ներկայացրել ՀՀ կառավարությունը:
Հիմնական զեկուցող, ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ Վախթանգ Միրումյանը, ներկայացնելով օրենքի նախագիծը, նշեց, որ օրենքի նախագծով առաջարկվում է առևտրական գործունեnւթյուն իրականացնող շրջանառության հարկ վճարողների համար սահմանված ապրանքային մնացորդների հարկային մարմիններին տեղեկությունների ներկայացման ժամկետը փետրվարի 1-ից հետաձգել մինչև 2015թ. հուլիսի 1-ը: «Սա փաստացի նշանակում է, որ գործարքների պարտադիր փաստաթղթավորման պահանջը հետաձգվում է մինչև 2015թ. հուլիսի 1-ը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հայտնեց Միրումյանը:
Նրա խոսքով' առաջարկվող նախագծով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը հերթական անգամ ընդառաջ է գնում տնտեսվարողներին՝ ապրանքների պարտադիր փաստաթղթավորման պահանջը հետաձգելով մինչև հուլիսի 1-ը: «Այդ ժամանակահատվածում կառավարությունն Ազգային ժողովի բոլոր պատգամավորներին, խորհրդարանում ներկայացված քաղաքական ուժերին առաջարկում է ներկայացնել առաջարկներ, համատեղ քննարկել այդ առաջարկներն օրենսդրական լուծումների արդյունավետ կիրառման համար»,- եզրափակեց Միրումյանը:
«Շրջանառության հարկի մասին» օրենքի վիճահարույց դրույթը՝ պարտադիր փաստաթղթավորման պահանջը, ուժի մեջ է մտել 2015թ. փետրվարի 1-ից: Օրենքը, սակայն, կրկին տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների դժգոհությունն էր առաջացրել: Ընդառաջ գնալով տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին՝ ՀՀ կառավարությունը ԱԺ քննարկմանն է ներկայացրել ապրանքների պարտադիր փաստաթղթավորումը մինչև 2015թ. հուլիսի 1-ը հետաձգելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը:
