Երևանում քաղաքային լուսավորության արդիականացման, էներգախնայողական տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառման, լուսավորության համակարգերի էներգաարդյունավետության բարձրացման և ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետման նվազեցման՝ «Քաղաքային կանաչ լուսավորություն» քառամյա ծրագրի պիլոտային նախագիծն է մեկնարկում։ «Քաղաքային կանաչ լուսավորությունը» Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ծրագրերի ու Գլոբալ էկոլոգիական ֆոնդի և այլ կառույցների համատեղ ծրագիրն է։
Մինչ ծրագրի տեխնիկական իրականացումը, «Երքաղլույս» ՓԲԸ-ի աշխատակիցները մասնագիտական վերապատրաստման են մասնակցում։ Եռօրյա սեմինարը վարում է լուսադիոդային էներգախնայող լուսատուները մատակարարող ընկերության տեխնիկական մասնագետ Անդրեյ Դյուրետիչը։ Ուսուցման արդյունքում «Երքաղլույս»-ի մասնագետները ձեռք կբերեն սարքերը տեղադրելու, ինչպես նաև դրանց անխափան աշխատանքը սպասարկելու հմտություն։
«Մեկնարկային ծրագիրը Իսակովի պողոտայում և Թաիրովի փողոցում ենք իրականացնում։ Մասնագետների վերապատրաստումն անհրաժեշտ նախաձեռնություն էր, քանի որ Երևանում քաղաքային լուսավորության էներգաարդյունավետ համակարգերի ներդրումը զարգանալու ներուժ ունի։ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը, ՄԱԶԾ-ի հետ համատեղ, տրամադրված է ընդլայնելու ծրագիրը՝ ներառելով այգիներ, փողոցներ։ Արդյունքում կունենանք լուսատուների էներգախնայող համակարգ, կխնայենք թե՛ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սպառումը, թե՛ լուսատուների սպասարկման ծախսերը, ինչպես նաև կկրճատվի ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետումը։ Այս բաղադրիչները նաև «Քաղաքապետերի դաշնագրի» կարևորագույն կետերից է, որին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն անդամակցում է 2014 թվականից»,- նշել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի զարգացման և ներդրումային ծրագրերի վարչության պետ Արմեն Հարությունյանը։
Նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաներով լուսատուներ մատակարարող ընկերության տեխնիկական մասնագետ Անդրեյ Դյուրետիչը ուսուցման ծրագրի մասնակիցներին ներկայացրել է լուսավորության լուսադիոդային համակարգերի հիմնադրման պատմությունն ու զարգացման ընթացքը, կիրառման ոլորտներն ու եղանակը, ապա նաև մատակարարվող մոդելները տեղադրելու ու կիրառելու առանձնահատկությունները։
