Ադրբեջանը լքած և Հայաստանում ապաստան խնդրած ադրբեջանական 5 հոգանոց ընտանիքը տեղափոխվել է երրորդ երկիր: Ինչպես այս մասին հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ընտանիքի տեղափոխման գործընթացում Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն ներգրավված չի եղել: Վերջինը վկայում է այն մասին, որ ընտանիքը չի հայրենադարձվել, չի տարվել Ադրբեջան, հետևաբար, տեղափոխվել է որևէ երրորդ երկիր: «Ինչ վերաբերում է երրորդ երկիր տեղափոխելուն, դրանով մենք չենք զբաղվում, մեր գործունեությունը միմիայն հայրենադարձման հետ կապված հարցերին է առնչվում»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ԿԽՄԿ հայաստանյան գրասենյակի Հաղորդակցման ծրագրերի ղեկավար Զառա Ամատունին:
Այն ժամանակ, երբ գերի ընկածը կամ սեփական կամքով որևէ երկրին հանձնվածը ցանկություն է հայտնում տեղափոխվել երրորդ երկիր, գործը փոխանցվում է ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարի գրասենյակին, որտեղից, սակայն, ոչ մի տեղեկություն չփոխանցեցին' նշելով, որ այն անձնական տեղեկատվություն է, որն, ըստ մանդատի' կազմակերպությունը չի բացահայտում:
ՀՀ ԱԱԾ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն' հունվարի 29-ին հայ-վրացական «Բագրատաշեն» հսկիչ-անցագրային կետ է դիմել Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի, Բաքու քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1976թ. ծնված Ջավիդ Օրուջևը' իր, կնոջ և երեք մանկահասակ երեխաների համար քաղաքական ապաստան խնդրելու նպատակով: Ջավիդ Օրուջևը պատմել է, որ իր նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական հատուկ ծառայությունների ճնշումները սկսվել են հայկական արմատներով կնոջ' Բաքվի բնակիչ, 1983թ. ծնված Ռոյա Միրզոևայի հետ ամուսնանալուց հետո: Չդիմանալով անմարդկային կեղեքումներին' Ջավիդ Օրուջևը պարտադրված համաձայնել է համագործակցել Ադրբեջանի հատուկ ծառայությունների հետ, և կնոջ' արտասահմանում բնակվող ազգականների միջոցով տվյալներ հայթայթել Հայաստանի և Սփյուռքի վերաբերյալ: Գիտակցելով իր և ընտանիքի սպառնալից իրավիճակը' Օրուջևն անհաջող փորձ է կատարել բնակություն հաստատել եվրոպական երկրներից մեկում, որտեղից Բաքու արտաքսվելուց հետո նրա հանդեպ ավելի են ուժգնացել Ադրբեջանի հատուկ ծառայությունների ճնշումները: Հայտնվելով անելանելի իրավիճակում և, զգալով իր ընտանիքին սպառնացող իրական վտանգը, Ջավիդ Օրուջևը որոշել է քաղաքական ապաստան խնդրել Հայաստանի իշխանություններից:
