2015թ. հունվարի 12-ին Գյումրի քաղաքում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի յոթ անդամների սպանության գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քայլեր՝ առաջ քաշված վարկածներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ։ Հաշվի առնելով հանրության հետաքրքրությունը՝ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի անդամների և մեղադրյալ Վալերի Պերմյակովի՝ ՌԴ-ում միմյանց հետ առնչություն ունենալու հավանական վարկածը ստուգելու ուղղությամբ կատարված քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի անդամներից Հասմիկ և Աիդա Ավետիսյանները, Արաքսյա Պողոսյանը 2005 թվականից մինչ դեպքի օրը Հայաստանի սահմաններից դուրս չեն մեկնել։ Սերյոժա և Արմեն Ավետիսյանները պարբերաբար մեկնել են ՌԴ, մասնավորապես՝ Մոսկվա, Կրասնոդար, Անապա, Սոչի և Ռոստով քաղաքներ: Հիշյալ վարկածի ստուգման ուղղությամբ քննչական և օպերատիվ աշխատանքները շարունակվում են:
Բացի այդ, Վալերի Պերմյակովի հնարավոր երթուղին ճշտելու նպատակով դեռևս 2015թ. հունվարի 12-ին հետախույզ շների օգտագործմամբ կատարված գործողություններն առավել մանրամասնելու նպատակով ՀՀ ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանման շնավարժների մասնակցությամբ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության քննիչների կողմից կատարվել է զննություն, կազմվել է հավանական երթուղու սխեմա:
Հիշյալ գործողության արդյունքները համեմատվում են Վալերի Պերմյակովի մոտ հայտնաբերված հեռախոսահամարների վերծանումների և տարածքն սպասարկող հեռախոսակայանների տվյալների հետ՝ Վալերի Պերմյակովի հնարավոր երթուղին ճշտելու և համընկնումներ հայտնաբերելու նպատակով:
Ինչ վերաբերում է քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ Վալերի Պերմյակովի սակավամտության վերաբերյալ տարածվող լուրերին, ապա հայտարարում ենք, որ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը նման տվյալների չի տիրապետում, նման տեղեկություններ քրեական գործում չկան։
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում հարցումներ են ուղարկվել Ռուսաստան՝ նրա առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ բժշկական փաստաթղթեր, ծառայության ընթացքում բժշկական հետազոտությունների և դրանց արդյունքների վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ տրամադրելու համար։
Միաժամանակ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ նշված փաստաթղթերն ստանալուց անմիջապես հետո մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ կնշանակվի դատահոգեբուժական և դատահոգեբանական համալիր փորձաքննություն (պարզաբանում ենք, որ նման ծանր հանցագործությունների դեպքում, որպես կանոն, մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ նշանակվում է դատահոգեբուժական և դատահոգեբանական համալիր փորձաքննություն, որի համար փորձաքննության ենթարկվող անձի առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթերը պարտադիր են)։
