Գյումրու ավագանին փետրվարի 6-ին կայացած նիստի ժամանակ որոշեց ֆինանսական միջոցներ տրամադրել Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի մահացած անդամների հետ կապված հետագա արարողությունների, գերեզմանի շինարարական աշխատանքների կատարման համար: Այդ նպատակով, ավագանու որոշմամբ, համայնքը կհատկացնի 11 մլն դրամ «Հավերժ հիշատակ» ընկերությանը:
Ինչպես նիստի ժամանակ նշեց Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը, Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի անդամների հետ ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ որոշվել է, որ այդ նպատակով օգտագործվի նաև փոքրիկ Սերյոժայի անունով բացված հաշվեհամարին փոխանցված գումարը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ' ավագանուն ներկայացվեց նաև համայնքի 2014 թվականի բյուջեի կատարողականը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրեց քաղաքապետարանի ֆինանսատնտեսագիտական բաժնի պետ Լենա Ջիլավյանը, այն կատարվել է 100 տոկոսով: Ավագանին ընդունեց 2015 թվականին բյուջեն եռամսյակային բաշխումներով հաստատելու, սոցիալապես անապահով 191 ընտանիքի դրամական օգնություն ցուցաբերելու, քաղաքի տարբեր հատվածներում հողամասերը վարձակալությամբ տրամադրելու, վարձավճարի չափ սահմանելու մասին և այլ որոշումներ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ավագ անու փետրվարի 6-ի նիստի քննարկմանն էր ներկայացված 18 հիմնական և 1 լրացուցիչ հարց, սակայն, նիստի մեկնարկին, ավագանու անդամ Լևոն Բարսեղյանն իր դժգոհությունն արտահայտեց առ այն, որ ավագանու քննարկմանը ներկայացված չէ իր կողմից դեռ նախորդ նիստի ժամանակ ներկայացված հարցը՝ ուղերձ ընդունել' ուղղված ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին՝ հանրությանը Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանության նման դեպքերից անվտանգության երաշխիքների ներկայացնելու մասին։ Անցած նիստին որոշվել էր այդ ուղերձի հարցը հետաձգել այս նիստին« սակայն հարցի նախագիծը քաղաքապետար անի աշխատակազմի քարտուղարը օրակարգ չէր մտցրել: Ավագանու անդամի պնդումից հետո քաղաքապետը, հարցը, որպես լրացուցիչ, դրեց քննարկման: Հարցը չընդունվեց. միայն Լևոն Բարսեղյանն էր կողմ քվերակել, ավագանու անդամներից ևս 1-ը ձեռնպահ մնաց, մյուսները դեմ էին ՀՀ Նախագահին ուղերձով դիմելուն: Արդյունքում՝ Լևոն Բարսեղյանը հեռացավ նիստից:
Ավագանու նիստի ընթացքում, հաշվի առնելով Գյումրիում առկա խնդիրները' անօթևանություն, վթարային շենքեր, անբարեկարգ փողոցներ , սոցիալական վիճակ և այլն, Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը ներկայացրեց մեկ այլ ուղերձ, բայց արդեն համաքաղաքացիներին ուղղված և այլ բովանդակությամբ: «Իրավիճակն այնպիսին է, որ անհրաժեշտ է մարզային ու քաղաքային իշխանությունների, Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորների, ավագանու անդամների, քաղաքացիական հատվածի, հայրենակցական միությունների, մտավորականության և սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցների համախմբված աշխատանքը: Խնդրի լուծումը տեսնում եմ Գյումրու նոր կարգավիճակի և ֆինանսավորման մեջ, ինչի հետ կապված անհրաժեշտ է հանդես գալ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությամբ»,- նշված է ուղերձում:
