ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ, Սերբիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Իվիցա Դաչիչը հանդիպել է Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների՝ Իգոր Պոպովի (Ռուսաստան), Ջեյմս Ուորլիքի (ԱՄՆ) և Պիեռ Անդրիուի (Ֆրանսիա) հետ փետրվարի 7-ին Մյունխենում՝ քննարկելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խաղաղության գործընթացի զարգացումները:
ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Լամբերտո Զանիերը և գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ դեսպան Անդրեյ Կասպրչիկը ևս մասնակցել են հանդիպմանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԵԱՀԿ մամուլի ծառայությունից:
«Մենք միաձայն նշել ենք, որ շփման գծում և Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանին ռազմական իրավիճակը վատթարանում է՝ լուրջ մարտահրավեր ներկայացնելով տարածաշրջանային կայունությանը և վտանգելով քաղաքացիական անձանց կյանքը: Մահվան 12 և վիրավորման 18 դեպքերը, որոնք արձանագրվել են դեսպան Կասպրշիկի մոնիտորինգների զեկույցներում հունվարին, 1994 թվականի հրադադարի համաձայնագրից հետո տարվա առաջին ամսում արձանագրված զոհերի ամենամեծ ցուցանիշն է: 2014-ին 60 մարդ է զոհվել, և մենք մտահոգված ենք, որ անհանգստացնող բռնությունների միտումը կարող է շարունակվել:
Ի լրումն՝ մենք վերահաստատում ենք 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 4-ի Բազելի նախարարական խորհրդում համանախագահող երկրների պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարների համատեղ հայտարարությունը, որը կողմերին կոչ էր անում գտնել մարդասիրական ուղիներ՝ ներառյալ զոհերի մարմինների և ձերբակալվածների վերադարձը՝ Աստրախանի՝ 2010 թվականի հոկտեմբերի հայտարարության ոգուն և տառին համապատասխան:
Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները գործող նախագահի լիակատար աջակցության պայմաններում նախապատարստվում են ինտենսիվացնել բանակցային գործընթացը, որը կարող է հանգեցնել մի հակամարտության խաղաղ ավարտի, որը տարածաշրջանը վախի մթնոլորտում է պահում արդեն շատ երկար ժամանակ: Մենք կոչ ենք անում կողմերին ցուցաբերել քաղաքական կամք, այս գործընթացն սկսել անհապաղ առանց արդարացումների»,-ասված է հանդիպման արդյունքներով տարածված հայտարարության մեջ:
