Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 9-ին, ժամը 13:00-ին ՀՀ կառավարության շենքի մոտ տեղի կունենա ակցիա ՝ «Մենք բոլորս Արտակ ենք» կարգախոսով: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վահե Էնֆիաջյանը:
«Այս կարգախոսով հանդիպում ենք ՀՀ կառավարության շենքի մոտ և մեր միասնական ընդվզման խոսքն ենք ասելու տեղի ունեցածի վերաբերյալ:
Բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր պայքարում են հանուն իրավական և ժողովրդավարական պետության, ովքեր ցանկանում են ձևավորել ազատ և անկաշկանդ քաղաքացիական հասարակություն, կարող են միանալ մեզ վաղը` փետրվարի 9-ին, ժամը` 13:00-ին, ՀՀ կառավարության շենքի մոտ»,-ասված է նրա հայտարարությունում:
Ավելի վաղ Orer.am-ը հաղորդել էր, որ անհայտ անձինք առևանգել էին ԲՀԿ-ական ակտիվիստ Արտակ Խաչատրյանին, ով ակտիվորեն մասնակցում էր «Շրջանառության հարկի մասին» օրենքից դժգոհ քաղաքացիների բողոքի ակցիաներին: Հունվարի 7-ին՝ ժամը 19։00-ի մոտ, Արտակ Խաչատրյանին անգիտակից վիճակում գտել էին իրենց տան մուտքի մոտ, «Շտապօգնության» մեքենայով տեղափոխել էին հիվանդանոց։
ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը, ով մի քանի պատգամավորների հետ գտնվում էր հիվանդանոցում, Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշել էր. «Ծեծի շարժառիթների հետ կապված դուք պետք է դիմեք ոստիկանություն: Այդ հարցում ես նույնպես՝ որպես ՀՀ քաղաքացի պահանջում եմ իրավապահ համակարգից րոպե առաջ բացահայտել այս անամոթ հանցագործությունը: Ես խոսել եմ Արտակի հարազատների հետ, որոնք բացառում են հանցագործության անձնական շարժառիթը այս հանցագործության մեջ: Մնացածն արդեն իրավապահ համակարգի գործն է: Եվ սա նաև մեր ոստիկանության պատվախնդրության հարցն է՝ հնարավորինս շուտ բացահայտել այս անամոթությունը, որովհետև, երբ խոսում են «ապահով Հայաստանի» մասին, և քաղաքացին կարող է օրը ցերեկով ամենախայտառակ ձևով առևանգվել դիմակավորների կողմից, հինգ ժամ դաժանաբար ծեծի ենթարկվել, հետո հայտնվել փողոցում, ապա մենք պայքարելու ենք այդպիսի «ապահով Հայաստանի» դեմ:
