Երևանի ավագանին փետրվարի 10-ին գումարված 5-րդ նստաշրջանի անդրանիկ նիստում օրակարգի հաստատումից և հաշվիչ հանձնաժողովի ձևավորումից հետո միաձայն կողմ քվեարկությամբ հավանություն է տվել անվանի պատմաբան, ՀՀ ԳԱԱ թղթակից անդամ, պատմական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Բաբկեն Հարությունյանի, ականավոր պետական գործիչ, վաստակավոր ինժեներ Արտյոմ Գևորգյանի, ինչպես նաև գրող, հրապարակախոս, թարգմանիչ Սամվել Մկրտչյանի հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշատախտակները տեղադրելու մասին որոշումներին:
Ավագանին քվեարկության ձայների մեծամասնությամբ հավանություն է տվել նաև ստեղծագործական մի շարք միությունների և հասարակական կազմակերպությունների գույքահարկի գծով արտոնություններ սահմանելու մասին որոշումներին:
Ավագանու որոշմամբ փոփոխություններ են կատարվել Երևան քաղաքի բյուջեում և, ըստ այդմ, «Ավտոբուսներում թեքահարթակների ապահովում» ծրագրի 2015 թվականի գումարն ավելացվել է ևս 30 մլն դրամով` արդյունքում կազմելով 60 մլն դրամ: Կատարված փոփոխությամբ 200 մլն դրամ, որպես նպատակային դրամաշնորհ, կուտակված պարտքերի մարման համար տրամադրվել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության առողջապահական կազմակերպություններին, 50 մլն դրամ՝ Կենդանաբանական այգու հիմնանորոգման ծրագրին։ 20 մլն դրամ կհատկացվի Երևան քաղաքում նորաբաց շախմատի դպրոցներում անհրաժեշտ գույքի ձեռքբերման և շուրջ 7 մլն դրամ՝ Նանսենի թանգարանի բնականոն աշխատանքի կազմակերպման, ինչպես նաև պահպանման ծախսերը հոգալու նպատակով:
Ավագանին հավանության է արժանացրել նաև Երևանի Ավան վարչական շրջանի առանձին տարածքների գոտևորման նախագծի մշակման քաղաքաշինական առաջադրանքը: Օրակարգում ընդգրկված մյուս բոլոր հարցերը նույնպես արժանացել են ավագանու հավանությանը:
Նիստի ավարտին Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի առաջարկությամբ ավագանու ՀՀԿ խմբակցության անդամ, Ցեղասպանության թանգարան –ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Հայկ Դեմոյանը ավագանու անդամներին համառոտ ներկայացրել է այն միջոցառումները, որոնք նախատեսվում են Ցեղասպանության 100-ամյակի միջոցառումների ծրագրի շրջանակում:
