Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցելուց հետո նոր ընթացակարգեր են սկսել գործել ավտոմեքենաների ներմուծման մասով:
Համաձայն նոր կարգի՝ Հայաստանում մշտապես բնակվող անձանց կողմից ԵՏՄ անդամ երկրներում հաշվառված անձնական օգտագործման տրանսպորտային միջոցի' Հայաստանում գտնվելու ժամկետային սահմանափակումներ չեն գործում: Իսկ ԵՏՄ անդամ այլ երկրներում մշտապես բնակվող անձանց կողմից ներմուծվելու դեպքում առկա է ժամկետային սահմանափակում, որն ամրագրված է օրենքով:
Միության անդամ երկրների ֆիզիկական անձինք իրենց անձնական ավտոմեքենաներով Հայաստանի սահմանը հատելիս մաքսային մարմիններ են ներկայացնում անձը հաստատող և ավտոմեքենայի հաշվառման փաստաթղթերը, ինչի հիման վրա մաքսային մարմինը ավտոմատ հայտարարագրման համակարգում հաշվառում է դրանց մուտքը Հայաստանի տարածք: Ավտոմեքենաները Հայաստանի տարածքում կարող են գտնվել այնքան ժամանակ, որքան ֆիզիկական անձինք' օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետներով: Ընդ որում, դրանք Հայաստանում կարող են օգտագործվել բացառապես ավտոմեքենան ներմուծող անձի կողմից և նրա մեկնելու ժամանակ ավտոմեքենաները պետք է դուրս բերվեն Հայաստանից: Երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացիների կողմից ԵՏՄ անդամ երկրներում հաշվառված տրանսպորտային միջոցների մուտքը Հայաստան թույլատրվում է այդ ֆիզիկական անձանց՝ ՀՀ-ում գտնվելու՝ օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետը չգերազանցող ժամկետով:
Փոփոխություններ են կատարվել նաև «ժամանակավոր ներմուծում» մաքսային ընթացակարգով անձնական օգտագործման ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների մաքսային ձևակերպումների իրականացման կարգում: Միևնույն ավտոմեքենայի բազմակի ժամանակավոր ներմուծման դեպքում ժամանակավոր ներմուծման ընդհանուր ժամկետը չի կարող գերազանցել երկու տարին:
Ժամանակավոր ներմուծում ընթացակարգով անձնական օգտագործման տրանսպորտային միջոցները բաց են թողնվում մաքսատուրքի, ԱԱՀ-ի վճարումից ազատմամբ, եթե հաշվառված են որևէ օտարերկրյա (ոչ ԵՏՄ) պետության տարածքում: Դրանք Հայաստանի տարածք են ներմուծվում՝ ԵՏՄ անդամ պետությունների ֆիզիկական անձի կողմից ոչ ավելի, քան վեց ամիս ժամկետով՝ մաքսատուրքի, ԱԱՀ-ի վճարման ապահովում ներկայացնելու դեպքում, ինչպես նաև oտարերկրյա պետությունների ֆիզիկական անձի կողմից ՀՀ-ում գտնվելու ժամկետի շրջանակում, սակայն ոչ ավելի, քան 1 տարի ժամկետով:
Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը ՀՀ անդամակցությունից հետո ԵՏՄ անդամ չհանդիսացող պետություններում գրանցված ավտոմեքենաները ՀՀ ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից կարող են ժամանակավոր ներմուծվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն 6 ամիսը չգերազանցող ժամկետով: Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ ԵՏՄ-ում կիրառվող դրուքաչափերը Հայաստանում կիրառվող դրույքաչափերից ավելի բարձր են, մի շարք զգայուն ապրանքների, այդ թվում տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար սահմանվել է անցումային ժամանակաշրջան, ինչը նշանակում է, որ այդ 5 տարիների ընթացքում ոչ ԵՏՄ երկրներից ֆիզիկակա ն անձանց կողմից ներմուծվող ավտոմեքենաների մասով կիրառվելու են ներկայում կիրառվող մաքսատուրքի դրույքաչափերը:
ԵՏՄ անդամ երկրներում հաշվառումից հանած ավտոմեքենաները Լարս անցակետում պարտադիր տրվող տրանզիտ հայտարարագրի հիման վրա ՀՀ տարածք մուտք գործելուց հետո դիմում են հարկային մարմին՝ վճարելու ԱԱՀ-ն: Իսկ ԵՏՄ անդամ երկրներում հաշվառված ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցներով ՀՀ ֆիզիկական անձինք կարող են երկու տարի մուտք գործել Հայաստան՝ առանց տրանզիտ հայտարարագրի ներկայացման, ընդ որում, չներկայանալով հարկային կամ մաքսային մարմիններ:
