Փետրվարի 10–ին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցավ Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու 5-րդ նստաշրջանի 1-ին նիստը, որի ընթացքում ավագանին հաստատեց պետական գործիչ, վաստակավոր ինժեներ Արտյոմ Գևորգյանի հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշատախտակի տեղադրման մասին որոշման նախագիծը։
Հուշատախտակը նախատեսվում է տեղադրել Սարմենի փողոց հ. 62 հասցեում։
