ԲՀԿ-ական ակտիվիստ Արտակ Խաչատրյանի առեւանգման փաստի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում հարցաքննվել են մի շարք վկաներ եւ գործով տուժող ճանաչված Արտակ Խաչատրյանը: Վերջինիս եղբայրը՝ Արտյոմը քննությանն է ներկայացրել տեսագրություն, որից երեւում է, որ դեպքի օրը Խաչատրյանին հետեւել են: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն՝ հավելյալ մանրամասներ ներկայացնելով դեպքի մանրամասներից:
ՔԿ հաղորդագրությունում մասնավորապես ասվում է.
«Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ փետրվարի 7-ին՝ ժամը 12:00-ի սահմաններում, Արտակ Խաչատրյանը և իր ընկեր Ն.Աբրահամյանը «Մերսեդես Բենց» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով մոտեցել են Երևան քաղաքի Տոլստոյի փողոցում գործող «Ծղոտներ» հյուրանոցային համալիրին և կայանել նշված համալիրին կից պատի տակ: Այդ պահին Տոլստոյի փողոցի վերևի հատվածից արագ նրանց է մոտեցել «Տոյոտա կորոլա» մակնիշի սեւ ավտոմեքենա, որից իջել է դիմակավորված, սև համազգեստով, խոշորամարմին երեք տղամարդ։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝ նրանց մոտ եղել է նաև հրազեն։ Նրանք Ն. Աբրահամյանին հրել են մի կողմ, իսկ Ա.Խաչատրյանին նստեցրել ավտոմեքենան և արագ ընթացել Նար-Դոսի փողոցի ուղղությամբ: Ա. Խաչատրյանին առևանգելուց հետո մի քանի ժամ ծեծի են ենթարկել, որից հետո նրան բաց թողել մի ամայի տարածքում, որտեղից էլ վերջինս ինքնուրույն եկել է իր բնակարան։ Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 19:20-ի սահմաններում, Ա.Խաչատրյանը շտապօգնության 73-րդ անձնակազմի միջոցով իր բնակության վայրից տեղափոխվել է «Մալաթիա» ԲԿ։
Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ դեպքի օրը տուժողի մոտ եղել է երկու հեռախոս, որոնցից մեկը հայտնաբերվել է «Մետաքս-Գոլդ» կոչվող շենքի մոտակայքում. ըստ ականատեսիՙ հեռախոսը դուրս է նետվել «Տոյոտա» մակնիշի սեւ ավտոմեքենայից: Երկրորդ հեռախոսը հայտնաբերվել է Երևան քաղաքի Խաղաղ-Դոն փողոցում։
Քրեական գործի շրջանակներում պարզվել են հեռախոսները սեւ մեքենայից նետելը նկատած քաղաքացիների ինքնությունը, ովքեր հարցաքննվել են իրենց հայտնի հանգամանքների շուրջ։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում տուժող Ա. Խաչատրյանի եղբայրը քննությանն է ներկայացրել տեսագրություն, որի զննությամբ պարզվել է, որ դեպքի օրը Նարեկ Աբրահամյանի վարած «Մերսեդես Բենց ՄԼ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային հետևել է «Տոյոտա կորոլա» մակնիշի սեւ ավտոմեքենան:
Պարզվել է, որ «Մերսեդես Բենց ՄԼ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան պատկանում է Խաչիկ Տեր-Հակոբյանին, որը դեպքի օրը վարել է Ն.Աբրահամյանը։ Հանձնարարություններ են տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին՝ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել պարզելու «Տոյոտա կորոլա» մակնիշի սեփականատիրոջ ինքնությունը, նշված ավտոմեքենան, հնարավոր տեսագրությունները հայտնաբերելու եւ քննությանը ներկայացնելու համար։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, արդյունքների մասին տեղեկություն կտրամադրվի լրացուցիչ»։
