Հունվարի 12-ին Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի անդամների սպանության գործով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով բավարարվել է տուժողների իրավահաջորդների ներկայացուցիչ, փաստաբան Երեմ Սարգսյանի՝ 2015թ. փետրվարի 10-ի միջնորդությունը:
Հաշվի առնելով հանրության հետաքրքրությունը' տեղեկացնում ենք, որ բջջային օպերատորներից ստացվել են Վալերի Պերմյակովի կողմից մինչև դեպքն օգտագործված հնարավոր բջջային հեռախոսահամարի, Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի անդամների կողմից օգտագործված և Վալերի Պերմյակովի կողմից դեպքի վայրից իր հետ վերցրած բջջային հեռախոսահամարների ելքային և մուտքային հեռախոսազանգերի վերծանումները, դրանք սպասարկած ալեհավաքների վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները' դեպքից առնվազն մեկուկես ամիս նախորդած ժամանակահատվածից մինչև Վալերի Պերմյակովի հայտնաբերումը:
Վերը նշված հեռախոսահամարների վերծանումներն ուսումնասիրվում են, հարցաքննվել և հարցաքննվում են ելքային և մուտքային հեռախոսազանգերի բաժանորդները:
Ուսումնասիրվել են Վալերի Պերմյակովի կողմից Ավետիսյանների տանից վերցրած հեռախոսահամարների, այդ թվում՝ 2015թ. հունվարի 11-ին և 12-ին կատարված ելքային և մուտքային հեռախոսազանգերը:
Ավետիսյանների տանից վերցված բջջային հեռախոսներում գործի համար նշանակություն ունեցող տեղեկատվություն, այդ թվում SMS հաղորդագրություններ պարունակելու վերաբերյալ տվյալներ ստանալու, ինչպես նաև ջնջված տեղեկատվություն վերականգնելու և մի շարք այլ հարցեր պարզաբանելու նպատակով քրեական գործով նշանակվել է համակարգչատեխնիկական փորձաքննություն:
Քրեական գործի շրջանակներում քննություն է տարվում՝ պարզելու նաև ՀՀ-ում տեղակայված 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի թիվ N զորամասում Վալերի Պերմյակովին պահակային ծառայության նշանակելու, նրա կողմից զորամասը լքելու, ինչպես նաև ՌԴ-ում ծառայության ընթացքում Վալերի Պերմյակովի կողմից ծառայությունը Գյումրիում տեղակայված զորամասում իրականացնելու համար նախաձեռնություն ցուցաբերելու հանգամանքները: Այս հարցերի շուրջ հարցաքննվել են նշված զորամասի մեկ տասնյակից ավել զինծառայողներ և հրամանատարներ, համապաասխան հարցումներ են ուղարկվել իրավասու մարմիններին: քննությունն այդ մասով եւս շարունակվում է:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Վալերի Պերմյակովի կողմից խլացուցիչ զենքով կրակոցներ արձակելու վարկածին, ապա թեև նախաքննությամբ որևէ տվյալ ձեռք չի բերվել՝ Վալերի Պերմյակովի կողմից խլացուցիչ զենքից կրակոցներ արձակելու վերաբերյալ, սակայն հնարավոր բոլոր վարկածներն ստուգելու և չփարատված կասկած չթողնելու նպատակով բավարարվել է փաստաբան Երեմ Սարգսյանի միջնորդությունը և փորձագետի պարզաբանմանն է առաջադրվել հետևյալ լրացուցիչ հարցադրումը, թե դեպքի վայրից առգրավված և փորձաքննությանը ներկայացված AKC 74 տեսակի ինքնաձիգի վրա խլացուցիչ ամրացնելու հնարավորություն առկա՞ է, թե՝ ոչ, այդ ինքնաձիգի վրա կա՞ն արդյոք հետքեր, որոնք վկայում են դրա վրա խլացուցիչ ամրացնելու և հանելու մասին:
Քրեական գործով ստացվել են Վալերի Պերմյակովի և ՀՀ-ում տեղակայված ՌԴ 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի ժամկետային զինծառայողի կողմից ալկոհոլ կամ թմրամիջոցներ, հոգեմետ դեղեր օգտագործելու հանգամանքն ստուգելու նպատակով նշանակված դատաքիմիական փորձաքննությունների եզրակացությունները, որոնց համաձայն՝ Վալերի Պերմյակովից և վերջինիս հետ պահակային ծառայության մեջ ընդգրկված, ՌԴ 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի ևս 12 ժամկետային զինծառայողից վերցված փորձանմուշներում թմրամիջոցի, հոգեմետ նյութերի հետքեր կամ ալկոհոլ չեն հայտնաբերվել:
