ԵԱՀԿ-ում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ, դեսպան Արման Կիրակոսյանը փետրվարի 12-ին ելույթ է ունեցել ԵԱՀԿ Մշտական Խորհրդում՝ ի պատասխան ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների հայտարարության:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, դեսպան Կիրակոսյանը դատապարտել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից դիվերսիոն գործողությունները և բնակավայրերի ու քաղաքացիական անձանց գնդակոծությունները շփման գծի և հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի երկայնքով:
Նշվել է, որ հայկական կողմը կանոնավոր կերպով բարձրացրել է հրադադարի խախտումների խնդիրը Մշտական Խորհրդի հանդիպումներին, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի պատրաստակամությունը հայտնել' իրականացնելու հրադադարի ամրապնդման միջոցառումներ, ներառյալ դիպուկահարների դուրսբերումը և միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ստեղծումը:
ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչն ընդգծել է, որ միջազգային հանրության և Հայաստանի բոլոր առաջարկությունները մերժվել են Ադրբեջանի կողմից:
Նա նշել է, որ անորոշության շրջանն ավարտվել է, և միջազգային հանրությունը հստակ մատնանշել է լարվածության աղբյուրը: Ողջունվել է Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների հունվարի 27-ի հայտարարությունը, որում նրանք Ադրբեջանին կոչ են արել հավատարիմ մնալ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման իր պարտավորություններին:
Դեսպան Կիրակոսյանը նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանի փորձերը' ուժի միջոցով պարտադրել հայկական կողմին իր բանակցային մոտեցումները, լոկ պատրանք են:
