Օրեր առաջ կալանավորվեց Բնապահպանության նախարարության անտառների վերահսկողության բաժնի պետ՝ Արմեն Լաբլաջյանը: Այդ ձերբակալությունը, թվում էր, գոնե հարցաքննությունների շղթա պետք է սկսեր՝ կոռուպցիոն բուրգի բացահայտման համար, սակայն, Հայաստանում ընդունված «նորմերի» համաձայն, դրախտային լռություն է տիրում: Մարդը ձերբակալվեց և վերջ: Վերևները աշխատանքի են գնում սրբի լուսապսակով, ներքևները, այդ խուժանները, կաշառք են վերցնում:
Թվում էր, թե այս ձերբակալությունը այդքան էլ ուշադրության չպետք է արժանանա («մարդ ա, մի քանի կոպեկ փող ա առել ու բռնվել» տրամաբանության մեջ), սակայն օրերս «Չորրորդ իշխանություն» թերթը ուշագրավ տեղեկություններ է հրապարակել, որը բավականաչափ փոխում է ձերբակալության տրամաչափը: Պարզվում է, որ ձերբակալված Ա. Լաբլաջյանի եղբայրը բնապահպանության նախկին նախարար, Կոտայքի գործող մարզպետ Արամ Հարությունյանի վարորդն է: Նշված քրեական գործի շրջանակում ոստիկանությունը կալանավորել է նաև Բնապահպանության նախարարության արագ արձանագրման խմբի աշխատակից Զարզանդ Կարապետյանին,ով նախկին նախարար Ա. Հարությունյանի ընկերոջ տղան է:
Թվում է, թե արդեն Կոտայքի գահին բազմած Հարությունյանը մատերը ուռցրած պետք է լիներ բացատրություններ գրելուց, բայց, արի ու տես, նրա դեմ լռության շղարշ է: Հայաստանում, որպես կանոն, պաշտոնյայի վարորդը այդ կառույցում ստվերային «հարց լուծողն» է և ղեկավարի ամենավստահելի մարդը: Դա նշանակում է, որ յուղոտ պատառների «նայող» է կարգվել մարդ, որին առաջարկում է նախարարի ամենավստահելին՝ վարորդը, ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս, իր եղբորը: Վերոհիշյալ եղբայրը կաշառքի համար ձերբակալվում է, իսկ իրավապահ մարմինները չեն փորձում հասկանալ, թե ուր են տանում կաշառքի հետքերը: Կոռուպցիայի դեպք բռնելիս միայն այդ մի փոքր դետալը ծածկում են, իսկ բուրգը բացելու որևէ փորձ չի արվում:
Ավելին, անձը ինքնզինքը պարգևատրած շարունակում է բազմած մնալ Կոտայքի գահին: Ոչ մի շշուկ, ոչ մի հետաքննություն՝ նախկին նախարարի մասնակցությունը պարզելու համար: Մինչդեռ վաղուց ժամանակն է, որ նմանատիպ նախարարները հեռացվելուց հետո ոչ թե պարգևատրվեն յուղոտ պաշտոններով, այլև ուղղակի հեռացվեն բոլոր համակարգերից: Հետաքրքիր է, կառավարությունում տեղյակ չէի՞ն առ այսօր, որ Հարությունյանը նախարարությունը ողողել է իր հարազատ - բարեկամ - ընկեր - «զեմլյակ» կապերով:
Իսկ եթե վերոնշյալ կոռուպցիոն գործարքներից Արամ Հարությունյանը տեղյակ չէ՝ առնվազն ուսերին հրեշտակի թևեր ունի: Երևի թաքուն է պահում և միայն աշխատանքից հետո է հագնում՝ ճախրելով անէության թմբիրում:
