Հոկտեմբերի 10-ին Ազատության հրապարակում ոչ իշխանական ուժերի հանրահավաքին ՀՅԴ-ն չի մասնակցի. կմնան երեքով: Մոտ 2 ժամ տևած դռնփակ հանդիպումից հետո այդ մասին հայտարարեց «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը։
«Դաշնակցության մեր հարգարժան գործընկերները չեն մասնակցի միասնական հանրահավաքին այն հիմնավորմամբ, որ կան էական տարակարծություններ այնպիսի լրջագույն խնդրի վերաբերյալ, ինչպիսին սահմանադրական փոփոխություններն են։ Լինենք անկեղծ, դժվար է պատկերացնել, որ այսօր թիվ մեկ օրակարգային խնդրի՝ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ հանրահավաքում խոսք չլիներ, չլիներ վերաբերմունք, դիրքորոշման, տեսակետի հայտնում»,- հայտնեց Զոհրաբյանը։
Դաշնակցությունը չի մասնակցի նաև հոկտեմբերի 10-ի հանրահավաքին ընդառաջ մարզերում ծրագրված ոչ իշխանական ուժերի հանդիպումներին։
Երեկ Դաշնակցության դիրքորոշումը համացանցային քննարկման թիվ մեկ թեման էր: Ադեն եռյակամերձ ուժերը իսկական հակադաշնակցական արշավ կազմակերպեցին՝ իրենց դաշնակցին ներկայացնելով գրեթե որպես ազգի դավաճան: Այս դիրքորոշումը առավել քան տարօրինակ է, որովհետև նախքան Դաշնակցության հետ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հարցում կոնսենսուսի չհասնելը՝ քառյակը ներկայացնող քաղաքական ուժերը առավել լուրջ և արմատական տարաձայնություններ են ունեցել, որոնք ձևաչափի փլուզման պատճառ չեն հանդիսացել:
Օրինակ՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականի հարցում կար արմատական տարաձայնություն. քաղաքական երկու ուժ պահանջում էին այդ հարցը ներառել օրակարգում, մյուս երկուսը դրա անհրաժեշտությունը չէին տեսնում: Արդյունքում՝ այս խիստ առանցքային հարցը չմտավ օրակարգ, սակայն ոչ մեկը մյուսին դավաճան չհռչակեց: Մեկ այլ օրինակ. երբ Ծառուկյանը իր հայտնի հարցազրույցում հայտարարեց, որ հանդիպումներ և քննարկումներ է ունենում և առաջին, և երկրորդ նախագահների հետ՝ Քոչարյանի հետ գենետիկ անհամատեղելիություն հռչակած ուժը ոչ մի կերպ դավաճանի պիտակ չկպցրեց քառյակի «մեծ ախպորը»: Մյուս բազմաթիվ հակասությունների մասին ավելորդ է հիշատակել:
Արդ, ինչու ՀՅԴ-ն դարձավ քավության նոխազ: Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների դեմ տուն-տունիկ խաղալը որոշ քաղաքական ուժերի մանյովրելու և քաղաքական դաշտում իրենց գոյությունը արդարացնելու հրաշալի հնարավորություն բացեց: 12 կետերը նույնպես ժամանակ ձգելու ակնհայտ միտում ունեին, և երբ մոտեցավ ժամանակը, երբ պահանջների չկատարման համար պետք է դիմեին կոնկրետ գործողությունների, կամ չդիմեին՝ վերջնականապես արժեզրկվելով, ստացան հրաշալի նվեր՝ փոփոխությունների հարցը: Իսկ ինչու՞ հակաիշխանական պայքարը չսկսեցին 12 կետերի չկատարման շուրջ հասարակական ալիք ստեղծելով, որին կհետևեր հակասահմանադրականի նոր ալիքը: Որովհետև 12 կետերի չկատարումը, նախանշված ժամկետների պատճառով, կոնկրետ գործողություններ է պահանջում, իսկ սահմանադրության շուրջ կարելի է երկար ժամանակ ջուր ծեծել և լոլոներ կարդալ:
Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է ՀՅԴ-ի դեմ արշավին, ապա այդ կուսակցության դաշնակիցներից ոմանց վարքը այդքան էլ տարբեր չէ Դաշնակցության վարքից: Չեք մոռացել, չէ՞, որ պարբերաբար ամենավճռական և իշխանության ամենաթույլ պահերին այսօրվա ժողովրդի հերոսները ինչպես կոալիցիաներ կազմեցին և ուժեղացրեցին իշխանության թիկունքը: Հիմա այդ նույն վարքագծով մարդիկ դավաճան են հռչակում մի քաղաքական ուժի, որի արածը իրենց արածի դիմաց պարզապես փոքրիկ քաղաքական «չարաճճիություն» է...
