1999 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 27-ից անցել է 15 տարի: 15 տարի առաջ այս օրը ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի հերթական հարց ու պատասխանի ժամանակ, երեկոյան ժամը 17-ի սահմաններում, ԱԺ նիստերի դահլիճ ներխուժեցին Նաիրի Հունանյանը, Էդուարդ Գրիգորյանը, Կարեն Հունանյանը, Դերենիկ Բեջանյանը, Վռամ Գալստյաը և կրակ բացեցին:
Նորանկախ Հայաստանի առանցքային դեմքերը այդ ահաբեկչության զոհը դարձան: Զոհվեցին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Կարեն Դեմիրճյանը, վարչապետ Վազգեն Սարգսյանը, Ազգային ժողովի փոխխոսնակներ Ռուբեն Միրումյանը, Յուրի Բախշյանը, օպերատիվ հարցերով նախարար Լեոնարդ Պետրոսյանը: Հենց Ազգային ժողովի նիստերի դահլիճում, տեղում զոհվեցին ԱԺ պատգամավորներ Միքայել Քոթանյանը, Արմենակ Արմենակյանը և Հենրիկ Աբրահամյանը։
Ահաբեկչությունից 15 տարի է անցել, բայց գործի բացահայտումը շարունակում է ծնել բազմաթիվ հարցականներ: Այդ ժամանակ գործող նախագահը` Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը,հայտարարել էր, թե Հոկտեմբերի 27-ը ''ուչաստկովիի մակարդակի'' գործ է, և, ցավոք, բացահայտումները և դատավարությունը արվեցին հենց այդ մակարդակի շրջանակներում: 27-ի ահաբեկչությունը քննվեց որպես ''գեղի կլուբի'' վրա կատարված ավազակային հարձակում, և խորքային պատճառների և իրական պատվիրատուների մասին որևէ առարկայական բացատրություն չեղավ:
Ավելին, Հոկտեմբերի 27-ի կանխման և իրական քննության բոլոր պատասխանատուները շարունակեցին նվաճել ՀՀ-ում իշխանության ամենաբարձր էշելոնները. ազգային անվտանգության պատասխանատու Սերժ Սարգսյանը այսօր ՀՀ նախագահի աթոռին է, իսկ այդ ժամանակվա նախագահը այսօր համացանցից ծիկրակելով` հասարակությանը հաթաթա է տալիս իր հետվերադարձի հնարավորությամբ: Մյուս օղակների մասին չխոսեմ. բոլորիս է հայտնի: Մինչդեռ այս բոլոր անձանց պատասխանատվության նվազագույն շեմը պետք է լիներ հրաժարականն ու քաղաքական ասպարեզից ընդմիշտ հեռանալը...
Եվ գիտե"ք ինչն է ցավալի. նորանկախ Հայաստանի պատմության երկու խոշորագույն ողբերգությունների` Հոկտեմբերի 27-ի և Մարտի 1-ի գործող անձինք ոչ միայն չեն նետվել բանտերը կամ պատմության գզրոցները, այլև շարունակում են բարգավաճել և նորանոր հորիզոններ նվաճելու ախորժակ են դրսևորում: Բանը հասել է այնտեղ, որ ''զոհերն'' ու կատարողները սկսել են իրար հետ հարթակներ կիսել, ֆլիրտներ անել...
Եվ ամենաողբերգականը գիտե"ք որն է. նորանկախ Հայաստանի պատմությունը շարունակում է թևածել այս ողբերգությունների շղթայի օղակներում` առ այսօր կրելով դրանց կործանարար հետևանքները: Առ այսօր այդ պատմությունը կերտվում է արյամբ թաթախված հանցագործների և նրանց լեգիտիմ դարձնողների առանցքի շուրջ...
