Արդեն մի քանի օր է՝ սողանքի հետևանքով փակ է Լարս-Ստեփանծմինդա` Վրաստանը Ռուսաստանին կապող ճանապարհը, և բեռնափոխադրողները կանգնել են փաստի առաջ: Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում «ՀՀ միջազգային բեռնափոխադրողների ասոցիացիայի» նախագահ Հերբերտ Համբարձումյանը նշեց, որ այսօր չկա որևէ այլընտրանքային ճանապարհ նման իրավիճակներում բեռները տեղափոխելու համար: Նա ընդգծեց, որ այսօր փակ է իրականում մեր կյանքի ճանապարհը:
«Բեռնատարները պետք է սպասեն այնքան, մինչև Լարսը բացվի, որովհետև ծով չունենք ու նավով բեռներ չենք կարող տեղափոխել: Մի ժամանակ եղել է մի ճանապարհ, որն անցել է Հարավային Օսեթիայով, բայց դա հիմա ես չեմ կարող ասել, թե արդյոք կարող է կրկին վերականգնվել, քանի որ դա գրեթե նույնն է, որ ասենք Լեռնային Ղարաբաղով մի ճանապարհ բացենք, կարո՞ղ է այդպիսի բան լինել, ես չգիտեմ: Բայց գիտեմ, որ նախկինում նման ճանապարհ կար և բեռներ տեղափոխվում էին դեպի Ռուսաստան և այլ երկրներ: Սա զուտ քաղաքական հարց է, որի լուծումը ես չգիտեմ»,- ասաց նա:
Հարցին՝ հաշվարկ կա, թե որքան բեռնատար է սպասում ճանապարհի բացմանը, պատասխանեց. «Այսօր բազմաթիվ մեքենաներ են կանգնած հերթի՝ Ռոստովում, Պյատեգորսկում, Վլադիկավկազում, Մինվոդիում, բայց հաշվարկ չկա, թե ընդհանուր առմամբ քանի բեռնատար է այսօր սպասում ճանապարհի բացմանը: Մինչև այս ճանապարհը չբացվի, ամբողջ ապրանքաշրջանառությունը կանգնած է մնալու»,- ասաց նա:
«Հայաստանի հայրենական ապրանքարտադրողների» միության նախագահ Վազգեն Սաֆարյանն էլ Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ իհարկե նման բնական աղետները դրականորեն չեն ազդում Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա, քանի որ պակասում է ապրանքաշրջանառությունը Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի, ինչպես նաև այլ երկրների միջև:
«Հատկապես այս սեզոնին, երբ շատ են տեղափոխվում մրգեր ու բանջարեղեն, այս իրավիճակը ցանկալի չէր, և ազդեցություն կունենա տնտեսության վրա»,- ասաց նա:
Հարցին, թե հաշվի առնելով այն, որ ներկրվող ապրանքը ևս ուշանում է, հնարավոր է, որ ապրանքների գները թանկանան, պատասխանեց. «Չեմ կարծում, որ իրավիճակը կնպաստի որոշ ապրանքների գնի բարձրացմանը: Օրինակ՝ նախորդ անգամ, երբ կրկին նման իրավիճակ էր ստեղծվել, նկատեցինք ավիատոմսերի թանկացում, որովհետև բավական երկար ժամանակ փակ էր ու ավտոբուսներով մարդիկ չէին կարողանում գնալ Ռուսաստան, ավիափոխադրողներն էլ առիթից օգտվելով գները բարձրացրին: Հիմա դեռևս այդ միտումը չեմ տեսնում, չեմ էլ ուզում, որ այս հարցը դառնա քննարկման առարկա, ու մարդիկ սկսեն սրա շուրջ մտածել»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է այլընտրանքային ճանապարհին, ապա ըստ Վազգեն Սաֆարյանի՝ կա ևս մեկ տարբերակ՝ լաստանավով բեռների փոխադրումը, ինչը, սակայն, անհամեմատ թանկ է:
«Նման դեպքում և՛ ժամկետն է երկարում, և՛, բնականաբար, բեռներն են թանկանում: Բայց նման իրավիճակներում արդիական է դառնում Հայաստան-Իրան երկաթգծի շինարարության հարցը: Այդ դեպքում մենք կունենանք լրացուցիչ ճանապարհ՝ Իրանով բեռների փոխադրում դեպի Ռուսաստան, Ղազախստան և այլ երկրներ»,- ասաց նա:
Վազգեն Սաֆարյանը նաև նշեց, որ ընդհանրապես Լարս-Ստեփանծմինդա ճանապարհը, որտեղ հաճախ են փլուզումներ լինում, երեք անգամ դրվել է թունել կառուցելու խնդիր, սակայն այդպես չի հաջողվել կառուցել:
«Առաջին անգամ թունելի կառուցմանը խանգարել է Առաջին համաշխարհային պատերազմը, երկրորդ անգամ՝ Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմը և երրորդ անգամ՝ Խորհրդային Միության փլուզումը: Այդ խնդիրը 100 տարի է արծարծվում է, գուցե հիմա ժամանակն է այս հարցը ևս բարձրացնել ու Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան-Վրաստան համատեղ ուժերով փորձել մի թունել կառուցել»,- ասաց նա:
